This games is pretty chill. I have to say its definitely one of my new favorites. Overall, I like the design, the music, and the gameplay. My only complaints are that it sometimes crashes after I complete a level, and it always crashes if I select quit game. Update: Had to lower my score because the game also crashes when I restart. And, yes, Ive done all the usual tricks to get it to work properly. The lite version crashes too. 5 stars when this is fixed!!!

This game is pretty addicting. The simple gameplay plus awesome music/ graphics makes it a no brainer at 0.99

I love riding penny boards now I can retro game on a penny! Reminds me of a modern version of skate or die for NES.

Wonderful and unique game! Unfortunately, it crashes every time I finish a level. It saves my progress but forces me to relaunch the app. (iPod touch 4)

Everything is literally perfect except for the fact that it suddenly lags sometimes while Im playing, and thats annoying cuz it makes you crash. Fix that ish

I was very reluctant to buy this app at first. I gave the free version a try and was blown away by the music, the game play, and the graphics. Not sure if this game is the best runner around or the most entertaining well-made branded app Ive ever played. Its worth the .99¢ to get this app. While there are a few other great and creative "runner" apps out there, (Age of Monsters: Escape, for one) this is surprisingly fun and addictive. The competition portion of the game is a fun idea and "banking" points or risking them for a higher score is exciting. Dont take my word for it- try it free, see that I am right and all the other positive reviewers, then buy the full version. Also, whoever did the design work on this game, I hope to see more visuals like this in upcoming apps.

Im not a big fan of buying generic lame apps so when I saw this one I just knew I had to get it cuz it totally didnt look like it fell under that category and besides I have a yellow/purple penny :b I NEVER buy apps. I always get them for free with my jailbroken device but I just had to show my support to pennyboards company by purchasing this app. Awesome app, great music, fun colors and cutscenes! I also love the photobomb part LOL Im going to go skate now.

Any idea how to start the competition on Hard?

I really like this game- I love the competition aspect, the game itself is amazingly fun, and the requirement for rhythmic concentration is very cool... And surprisingly challenging. The soundtrack itself is also pretty great. Plenty of great things about this app, but heres that big "BUT...:" the app has a few glitches that are absolutely infuriating, if youre a perfectionist (and, since the only way to have a hope of winning the competition is to be perfectionistic... Well, its infuriating to EVERYONE, Id imagine.) The most frustrating glitch/bug is that sometimes, a "swipe" for a trick will not register- say theres a white target, and you swipe up at the perfect second... You still might hit the obstacle, as if you didnt jump at all. Ive noticed this in particular in the first half of the competition play, past the woman on the ground, when you have to jump onto the hood of a car. About 40% of the time, you swipe, it seems like everything is fine for the split second afterward... And then you wipe out!! I almost punched my iPod a few times, lol. That, and sometimes when you try to restart a level, the app crashes. Yes, these are frustrating issues that need to be fixed before Id give this app a 5-star rating, but even with its issues, its still a solid 4- simply for the hope of winning a free board! :D *fingers crossed*

After playing only 15 mins of this game, I felt compelled to write this review. This is by far, the MOST UNDERRATED game in the app store. You guys did a great job with this rare gem. Keep going...

Swipe is not accurate in game. I gave it 3 stars because I like the game. I really hope the developers work to correct this.

Highly recommend, although as someone whos color blind, I find it extremely difficult and FRUSTRATING that the blue and white colors that I must "obey" are so incredibly hard to tell apart. How about a deeper blue for us color blind guys? Or black, red, green - whatever. Just something thats easier for me to tell apart. This is a fantastic game with a super sound track, the color issue is the only factor Im not happy about. Please update this.

I bought the game a while ago and it worked perfectly. But now it freezes every time I start level 2 (Beefcake High) please fix this because i really want to continue to play the game.

A lot. I got a Pennyboard for Christmas and saw the little tag for the game. I thought it would be a free game, but eh. Its a great game though. I just hope the crashes fix and more things are added.

Really fun game if you like skateboarding but they only need to update to iPhone 5 :)
